1. The Identity & Contact Data of the Trustee

• 1.3. The Trustee did not appoint a Data Protection Officer.

2. The Legal Basis for Processing of Personal Data

• 2.1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent given to the Trustee, within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation (EC) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (GDPR).

3. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

• 3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to send business messages and perform other marketing activities.
• 3.2. The Trustee does not make automatic individual decisions under Article 22 of the regulation.

4. Period of Storage of Personal Data

• 4.1. Your personal data will be stored for five years from your registration or until you revoke your consent for this purpose.

5. Other Recipients of Personal Data

• 5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be those providing marketing services to the Trustee.
• 5.2. The Trustee does not intend to pass your personal data to a third country (non-EU) or an international organization.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

• 6.1. Subject to the conditions set forth in the regulation, you have the right to:
  • Request access to your personal data.
  • Request modification or deletion of your personal data.
  • Limit the processing of your personal data.
  • Object to the processing of your personal data.
  • Request the transfer of your personal data.
• 6.2. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal. To revoke your consent, send an email to info@l2epic.fail.
• 6.3. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
• 6.4. Providing your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement and is not required to conclude a contract.
• 6.5. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling. If you object, your data will no longer be processed for this purpose.
